This is The Rescue Rooms’ little brother, lieing adjacent to its older sibling, and usually reserved for student shindigs, aftershow parties and DJ sets.
However, once in a while – particularly during Nottingham’s urban festivals, Hit The Deck and Dot to Dot – it becomes a tiny subterranean sweatbox.
The only headline gig I’ve seen here was Rolo Tomassi in 2012, when poor ticket sales (what is wrong with people, they’re awesome!) meant they moved the gig from the Rescue Rooms to Stealth.
Note: they have no draught beers on sale. A can of Red Stripe will set you back 3.50! And it’s meant to be student friendly. Tut-tut.
